Return and Exchange
I. Return Policy
1. Returnable Product Conditions:
Products must meet the following conditions before you can apply for a return:
Products are not worn, washed, damaged, or have no odor (such as perfume, sweat, etc.)
Tags and labels are intact and unremoved
Submit a return application within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product
2. Situations where returns are not supported:
Discounted products (if clearly stated not to be returned)
Orders that exceed the return period
3. Return process:
Log in to your account or click the "Apply for Return" link in the order email
Fill in the return application form and submit
Wait for customer service to review and approve it, then send the product back to the designated address
After we receive and inspect the product, we will complete the refund within 5-7 working days
4. Refund method:
Return by original route (Visa, MasterCard)
II. Exchange Policy
1. Exchangeable situations:
Size is not suitable (such as S for M)
Wrong color selection
The product has slight defects but the customer is still willing to exchange
2. Exchange process:
Contact customer service to explain the reason for the exchange, and provide the order number and the product information to be replaced
Customer service will reserve the required products for you after confirming the inventory
After the original product is returned, the replacement product will be sent within 3 working days
III. Quality problem description
If the product you received has the following problems, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the package:
Wrong size, color, product
Obvious damage or stains
Missing accessories (such as belts, buttons, packaging bags)
We will provide free exchange or full refund, and bear the return shipping costs.
4. Special Tips
Please include the order number and return instructions in the return package to avoid delays
We recommend using a courier with a tracking number to ensure safe delivery of the goods
Please keep all returned goods in their original packaging so that we can quickly process refunds/exchanges
